29th Weld County Clerk and Recorder

 

Carly has worked for the Weld County Clerk and Recorders office for a decade starting in June of 2004. Her main department has been the Election department, but has also worked in the Recording and Motor Vehicle departments during her time working for the Clerk and Recorder office.  She received her Colorado Election Official Certification from the Colorado Secretary of State in October 2007 along with her designation of Certified Elections/Registration Administrators (CERA) through the Election Center’s Professional Education Program at Auburn University in June 2014. Koppes is currently finishing up her Public Leadership certificate from George Washington University.

Carly is thirty one years old and a home owner in Greeley, Colorado.  Born and raised in Greeley, she is the oldest of three children and her parents are Joseph and Connie Koppes of Greeley.  Carly has three horses that she enjoys spending time with, along with shooting targets, crafts, gardening, and camping.
